
Are You Really Ready?
So what are these people doing that you're not? Simply put these people have found a level of commitment that finally pushes them past that plateau that most people run into and never get past. Think about how many times you've started a program or the latest diet with all the best intentions only to fall off the band wagon a week or two later. Maybe you did very well with the diet, but you didn't know how to combine that with effective exercise (keyword being "effective"). There are many different variables leading to success or failure and unfortunately for most it's the latter. Granted, genetics do play a role in the big picture, but I'll tell you straight up that you've already failed if you're using that as an excuse. We are NOT held captive by our genetics, but we must find the key that unlocks your potential. There's no set route to get where you're going and thus a commitment to withstand the ups and downs is so important. When things aren't going great are you going to have the willpower to stay the course and push on or is it just a little too tough for you? You will have to make a decision within yourself and finally commit to this. If you can't, join the vast majority of America and call it quits because this isn't for you. When you're ready it will all come together and the picture will be clear. You have a goal and you simply won't stop until you reach it.
I would love to tell you that coming to me for an hour or two a week will magically transform you, but I simply cant battle against the other 23 hours in the day without your help. Simply put, it's hard work and there's no way around it. That’s why being fit and seeing the people on the covers of magazines is so appealing because it's difficult to achieve. I understand that it's not everyone's goal to look like a cover model, but whether it's just being able to play with your kids without getting dizzy or dunking a basketball it all requires a certain level of commitment. So when you're ready I'd love to be your teacher and friend. Let me show you what professional guidance can do. If you've tried and failed before pick yourself back up and rest assured you've got someone behind you that takes your results personally. After all, my name is on it. Now go look in the mirror and take a good hard look and ask yourself "Am I Really Ready"? When you are, I'll be here.
