| The Question Is: Are You Really Ready For Change? All too often I hear the cries of commitment from those who believe they are ready to take on the challenge of changing their lives. They're fed up and sick of feeling like they are trapped in a body that doesn't represent who they are or want to be. The question I truly want to ask you is: Are you ready to commit? sports has always been a major motivating factor. I played competitive
baseball, football, basketball, wrestling and tennis. I currently play
for the Denver Rox, an amateur baseball team in Denver. The only thing that's changed is instead of training to become a professional athlete, I train to sustain and to help others achieve their goals through my experiences. I don't want to be the guy that's too tired to play with his kids. I don't want to be the guy that's more familiar with his doctor than his own family. We're talking preventative medicine people and trust me I take a heavy dose of it.
